Refunds

What is 76 Hen Events refund policy?

There are no refunds . You can’t exchange your payment for anything else. Treat payments like a phone you dropped down the toilet .. GONE !!! We don’t care what terrible tragedy has befallen you…. Death, Plague, Cat gone missing. you can’t have your money back (unless it’s our fault)

Will the refund policy change if the coronavirus situation becomes more serious or severe?

We’re monitoring the situation and will revisit our policies if needed.

Can I get a refund of my Deposit ?

All Deposits are non refundable. The Deposit (like all deposits) is to pay for the administrative work that goes into the booking, not the event itself.

Can I get a refund if I don’t go to an event due to the coronavirus?

If the event is not cancelled, we won’t refund your order. Most suppliers are offering to reschedule to a date of your choice.

If the event isn’t cancelled but the venue, or ticket company is offering refunds, will you refund my order?

We won’t refund your order if the event isn’t cancelled.

What’s the difference between a cancelled or postponed/rescheduled event?

When events are officially postponed or rescheduled, they still happen but on a different day than originally planned.

If the event’s postponed to a future, undetermined date.

What will happen to events impacted by government restrictions?

76 Hen Events is an online ticket marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers. This means we don’t make official event decisions (like postponements, cancellations, etc.). These come from the event organisers.

GOVERMENT CONSUMER RIGHTS

Postponed events: your consumer rights.

If an event you have tickets for is postponed, hold on to those tickets until a new date is announced.

You will have fewer protections if you purchased tickets from a secondary ticket seller, such as Viagogo or StubHub.

Check the terms and conditions on its website and if you can’t make the new date – a refund of your entry fee is not guaranteed. You’ll need to check event organiser’s terms and conditions.
